Tottenham Hotspur summer signing Ivan Perisic has made a post on Instagram after turning out for Croatia against Denmark this week. According to Fabrizio Romano, Tottenham have reached an agreement with Udinese for the capture of prodigious full-back Destiny Udogie. The left-back will cost the north London club over €20 million, while the player will remain with the Serie A club until 2023 on loan. Tottenham Hotspur are one of several teams in the hunt for a Champions League spot at the end of the season. North London giants Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly eyeing one of their former midfielders ahead of the winter transfer window. This is according to the report from the stables of Spanish media outlet Superdeporte. It was revealed that Spurs are keen on signing Croatian football idol Luka Madrid whom they sold to Spanish La Liga leaders Real Madrid almost a decade ago.

Real Madrid paid £30m to secure the signing of Modric from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer of 2012. Spurs want to re-sign him, but they are not the only Premier League team interested in the player.

Tottenham Hotspur are in danger of not playing European football in the new season following the defeat at the hands of Aston Villa on Wednesday. The Villa game was their penultimate league match this season.

Spurs needed to win the game against Villa at home to boost their quest to secure a place in the Europa League but their midlands opponentsplayed the role of spoilers despite the fact that they had nothing significant to play for again this season.
