France international Georges Kevin Nkoudou is set to make a move to Spurs following a £11 million deal going through, Guardian reports.


The report say the French player is set to travel to the London based club for medicals. The move is believed would be made public officially in a couple of days as the club gets serious with the pre season plans.

Mauricio Pochettino adds the under 21 star after signing Holland striker Vincent Janssen last week. The coach, who led Spurs close to winning the English Premier League title in the last campaign, has his eyes set on other young players as his team resumes the dream to eventually win the English Premier League.

Bournemouth are weighing up a £4million move for Tottenham Hotspurs midfielder Ryan Mason according to reports by The Mirror.

According to The Mirror “Mason’s name is understood to have cropped up in talks between Spurs and Bournemouth over striker Callum Wilson.

“Spurs are keen on Wilson, but he is believed to be one of a number of frontmen behind Marseille’s Belgium international Michy Batshuayi on their list of striker targets.”

Tottenham have been a breath of fresh air this season. The club has always been rather weak when comes to defending, but this has changed in the space of a summer.

Tottenham now have the best defensive record in the Premier League after letting in only 17 goals in the 20 league outings. This good record has been a major factor in Tottenham being only couple of points behind table leaders Arsenal. The talk of a top four finish has now been transformed into a potential title challenge, which has never before been experienced by the club supporters.

Tottenham Hotspurs has gone from being a club that managed to secure a European spot in the previous edition of the Premier League to a team that struggles just to remain in the middle section of the English League standings.

So far, there have been a total of 11 matches played in the Premier League and these initial stages of the season of Tottenham Hotspurs have been very inconsistent as the team of Mauricio Pochettino in one week manages to defeat Southampton but the next week losses consecutively against Manchester City and Newcastle United.

Less than 2 weeks ago Mauricio Pochettino was appointed as the head coach of Tottenham Hotspur as he replaced Tim Sherwood who was removed from his position in the club and the Argentine manager is on the verge of making his first signings at White Hart Lane.

Liverpool is eager on signing Adam Lallana from Southampton as they have already dispatched offers of €25 million for the attacking midfielder but it was rejected as Southampton is not willing to let him go for anything less than €30 million.

The Tottenham manager Andre Villas-Boas has hailed the managerial careers of the former Barcelona manager Guardiola and the Real Madrid manager José Mourinho.

These two people have had a lot of influence on his career according to Andre Villas-Boas. The Portuguese has been trying to adopt a style that is similar to the one used by Guardiola at the Camp Nou. Even though he did not have the greatest successes at Chelsea, Villas-Boas has been able to work on a different level at Tottenham. He has been able to get the club once again back into the top four positions this season.
