Harry Kane at the age of 21 has begun to take in the majority of the attacking responsibilities of Tottenham Hotspur as the young player has made 22 league appearances and scored 14 goals for his club which is the highest amount of goals scored for any player of Tottenham.

For such a young player this could be just too much of a burden for the English attacker to take in and Mauricio Pochettino believes that his shining star will need help to handle all of this pressure.

Iker Casillas stays high to Play for a Club in MLS

Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas has revealed for the first time that he would be open to the possibility of playing for a club in the MLS.

This is the first statement by the Spanish goalkeeper about a move to North America. Past Madrid players who have gone on a similar route includes the iconic David Beckham, who is still looking to start the much awaited franchise in Miami.

The former Manchester United and AC Milan midfielder moved to LA Galaxy and this kicked off the popularity of the league in the last few years.

Tottenham Hotspurs has gone from being a club that managed to secure a European spot in the previous edition of the Premier League to a team that struggles just to remain in the middle section of the English League standings.

Wales manager Chris Coleman says that he does not want to qualify for the Euro 2016 through the play-offs but through the automatic places. After having not qualified for the major competition for several years, Wales are ranked outsiders to reach the Euro 2016. However, they are only helped by the fact that the tournament has been expanded to include more teams. This has meant that there will be at least three possible teams that reach the final from a single group. Less than 2 weeks ago Mauricio Pochettino was appointed as the head coach of Tottenham Hotspur as he replaced Tim Sherwood who was removed from his position in the club and the Argentine manager is on the verge of making his first signings at White Hart Lane.

Liverpool is eager on signing Adam Lallana from Southampton as they have already dispatched offers of €25 million for the attacking midfielder but it was rejected as Southampton is not willing to let him go for anything less than €30 million.

Sherwoods Days Are Numbered

Tim Sherwood’s days as the Tottenham manager appeared to be numbered after midfielder Sandro claimed that the interim manager will be replaced at the end of the season. Sherwood was appointed as the replacement for Andre Villas-Boas after the Portuguese was sacked midway through the season. Even though initial results appeared extremely promising for Sherwood, things soon started turning sour after a couple of defeats. The club, who were expected to qualify for the Champions League next season, are now set to finish outside the top six.
